1. Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation.
For digital content, access or download may begin immediately after purchase if you consent to instant supply and acknowledge loss of your 14-day cooling-off right.

2. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is taken securely at the point of order.

  • We reserve the right to change prices prior to order confirmation.

  • You must ensure all payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

3. Delivery

  • Physical items are dispatched to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary due to postal delays.

  • Risk passes to you once you (or your nominee) take possession of the goods.

4. Digital Products

  • All digital products (including workbooks, templates, PDFs, audio files, and online courses) are supplied for personal, non-transferable use only.

  • You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or resell any digital content.

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
This complies with UK law under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which removes the right to cancel once digital delivery begins with your consent.

5. Services (Coaching, Mentoring & Courses)

NeuroNest services (including one-to-one mentoring, coaching sessions, or live courses) are provided with reasonable care and skill as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellation Policy for Meetings and Sessions

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be billed in full.

  • Payment for late cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting time.

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of services.

This policy ensures fair scheduling and compensation for reserved time slots.

6. Your Statutory Rights –Goods

  • If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Contact mairi@neuronest.org.uk within 30 days of delivery to report any fault.

  •

7. Cooling-Off Rights for Distance Sales

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods or entering the service contract.

However, you lose this right in the following cases:

  • When you purchase digital content and expressly agree that delivery begins immediately (losing your right to cancel).

  • When a service (such as a coaching session) has been completed in full.

  • When a product is personalised, custom-made, or sealed for hygiene reasons and has been unsealed.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If a physical item is faulty or not as described, you may return it for a repair, replacement, or refund.
NeuroNest will cover reasonable return costs in such cases.

8.2 Change of Mind (Cooling-Off)

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period for a physical product, you must return it within 14 days of cancellation.
You are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty.

8.3 Digital & Downloadable Products

Digital purchases (including online courses, PDFs, templates, and audio files) are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
By purchasing, you confirm consent to immediate supply and acknowledge loss of the right to cancel.

9. Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or confirming eligibility.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
