NeuroNest provides coaching, mentoring, educational content, courses, workshops, and digital resources to support personal development, executive functioning, self-understanding, and wellbeing strategies, with a neurodivergent-affirming approach.

1. Nature of Services (Neurodivergent-Affirming Coaching)

 

NeuroNest offers non-clinical coaching and mentoring designed to support autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent adults (and allies) in understanding their needs, developing strategies, and navigating daily life and systems more sustainably.

All services are:

  • Strengths-based

  • Client-led

  • Supportive and educational in nature

Neurodivergence is recognised as natural human variation, not a deficit or disorder to be “fixed”.

2. Not Medical, Clinical, or Therapeutic Services

 

NeuroNest does not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health diagnosis

  • Psychological or psychiatric treatment

  • Therapy or counselling

  • Crisis or emergency services

Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

If you are experiencing significant mental distress, deterioration in mental health, or require clinical support, you are encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified healthcare professional in your country.

3. Mental Health & Crisis Support

 

NeuroNest is not an emergency service.

If you are experiencing:

  • Thoughts of self-harm or suicide

  • A mental health crisis

  • Risk of harm to yourself or others

Please contact your local emergency services or a recognised crisis support organisation immediately

4. Client Responsibility & Outcomes

 

Coaching is a collaborative process. While NeuroNest provides tools, insights, education, and supportive guidance:

  • Results cannot be guaranteed

  • Progress depends on individual circumstances, capacity, and engagement

  • You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

NeuroNest is not responsible for how you choose to apply information, strategies, or resources provided.

5. Digital Products, Courses & Resources

 

All digital products, including (but not limited to):

  • Online courses

  • Workbooks

  • PDFs

  • Templates

  • Recorded sessions

  • Written resources

are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Digital products:

  • Do not create a coaching or therapeutic relationship unless explicitly stated

  • Are not tailored to individual circumstances

  • Are non-refundable, as outlined in NeuroNest’s Returns Policy

You are responsible for determining whether the content is appropriate for your personal situation.

NeuroNest is based in the United Kingdom.

Clients may access services internationally; however:

  • Coaching regulations vary by country

  • It is your responsibility to ensure coaching services are permitted under your local laws

7. Data Protection & Privacy (UK GDPR)

 

NeuroNest complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
