Mentoring Support with NeuroNest

Compassionate, practical support for autistic and ADHD adults

NeuroNest mentoring offers personalized, one-to-one support for autistic and ADHD adults who want help navigating daily life, work, burnout, and executive functioning — without pressure to “fix” themselves.

This is not therapy, coaching in the traditional sense, or productivity at all costs.
It is collaborative, affirming support that works with your nervous system, not against it.

What Mentoring with NeuroNest Looks Like

Mentoring sessions are tailored to you and your current capacity. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain works, identifying what is getting in the way, and finding gentle, realistic ways to support you.

I like to start the first session getting to know you, what your neurodiversity looks like (lets not forget we are all different) what your strengths are and what struggles you may be having. From here we jointly come up with a plan, this may be starting off trying to identify techniques that work and ones that don't. It may be going straight into planning your week, task prioritization and time management.

Support may include:

  • Executive functioning support (task initiation, planning, follow-through)

  • Energy management

  • Reducing overwhelm and shutdown

  • Creating routines that are flexible and sustainable

  • Breaking down tasks without pressure or shame

  • Accountability that is kind, not punitive

  • Navigating work, study, or life transitions

  • Building self-understanding and self-trust

Sessions move at your pace. There is no expectation to be “productive” during a session — sometimes the work is simply pausing, understanding, and regulating.
