Digital Products

All digital products (including downloadable templates, workbooks, courses, and recordings) are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
By purchasing, you confirm you consent to immediate access and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Coaching & Mentoring Sessions

  • 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule or cancel.

  • Cancellations made after this period are billed in full and payable within 24 hours.

  • No refunds are offered for missed or unattended sessions.
